Champaign man charged with robbery of neighbor
URBANA – A Champaign man is due back in court in July after being charged Monday in Champaign County Circuit Court with a weekend armed robbery.
Richard Barber, 43, who listed an address in the 500 block of West White Street, was charged with armed robbery for threatening a neighbor with a knife and taking items that the neighbor dropped while fleeing from Barber on Saturday.
