Robbery, attempted holdup reported

Champaign police are investigating a reported robbery, and Urbana police are checking into an apparent attempted robbery.

About 6 p.m. Friday, a 24-year-old Fairmount man was robbed of his wallet in the drive-through lane at the McDonald's Restaurant, 1812 N. Neil St., C., according to a Champaign police report.
