Incident near Rossville-Alvin school still under investigation
ROSSVILLE – Police are continuing to investigate an incident Thursday in which a man driving a van offered candy to a seventh-grade girl waiting to cross the street in front of Rossville-Alvin Grade School.
Rossville Police Chief Bill Shannon said the department has gotten a couple leads, followed up on them and is still investigating.
