Catlin police chief turning in his badge after 35 years
CATLIN – Starting Thursday, Fred Reddy will have to find a new way to spend his days.
After 35 years with the Catlin Police Department, and more than 30 years as chief, Reddy, 62, is retiring as of Wednesday.
