Boy in fair condition after losing control of vehicle
FAIRMOUNT – A young Fairmount resident was listed in fair condition Wednesday afternoon following an accident Tuesday evening that could prompt the village to change its ordinances.
Mayor David Ferber said the boy, age 9 or 10, was riding a motorized vehicle down State Street at around 6 p.m. Tuesday and attempted to turn around.
