Philo board explores sewer plan options
PHILO – The Villa Grove City Council may have pulled the plug on plans for Philo officials to extend sanitary sewer services there, but it hasn't stopped Philo from pressing on.
Philo's ad hoc sewer committee decided Wednesday to continue with plans to create a public sewer system. The decision may mean going back to the drawing board and resuming talks with a different neighbor.
