Urbana looks to lower fee for liquor license
URBANA – The city council is set to do something Monday night that it doesn't do all that often – lowering some city fees.
The council, which meets at 7 p.m., is expected to lower the liquor license fee for restaurants by $500, to $3,962. And next year, the city plans to lower the fee by another $500.
