Philo takes steps to settle legal issue
PHILO – Village board members Wednesday took a step toward settling a legal issue that has plagued them for over a year.
Following an executive session, the board voted 4-2 to pay $500 in a settlement with Alamo Electric. In January 2007, trustees accepted Alamo owner Bill Hubert's bid for the installation of an emergency generator at the R.E. Franks Meeting Center.
