Band, color guard revved up for Indy 500
HOOPESTON – Before the introduction of drivers, the command to start the engines and the waving of the green start flag, 69 Hoopeston Area High School students will take a lap around the Indianapolis Motor Speedway at the 92nd Indy 500 on Monday.
So what if it's not in a race car.
