Couple's property under water once again

VILLA GROVE - Dick and Sheila Hardyman knew they had too much rain in their backyard when some fishermen came knocking at their door.

"They were holding some fishing poles and asked if we minded if they fished off our deck," said Sheila Hardyman, who lives on the north side of Villa Grove. "I haven't seen any fish jumping yet, but who knows?"
