Man arrested after workers find cannabis in his vehicle

RANTOUL – A Texas man who took his vehicle to Wal-Mart for repair ended up being arrested for possession of more than a pound of cannabis.

Elias Torres, 19, of Mission, Texas, was arrested Tuesday after Rantoul police say they found 578 grams of cannabis in a spare tire.
