Solutions sought for 'Lake Graham' flooding
SAVOY – Flooding problems in Savoy became a hot topic among board members Wednesday when Trustee Jan Niccum brought up Graham Drive, which is often coined "Lake Graham" because of the excessive amount of water that fills the street after a heavy rain.
The road also dips toward the center of the street, creating what some call a drainage basin in the middle of the drive.
