Court dealing with teen burglaries
URBANA – Justin Chapman said he was robbed not only of his property, but his sense of security by a break-in to his condo in west Champaign earlier this year.
"We did everything right: we had all the doors locked, all the windows locked," Chapman said after a 16-year-old male was sentenced Thursday to juvenile prison for the residential burglary Feb. 29.
