Danville resident charged with aggravated robbery
DANVILLE – A 25-year-old Danville man faces robbery charges for allegedly trying to hold up a fast-food restaurant on Saturday night.
Cody M. Weaver, who listed an address in the 400 block of Warrington Drive, was charged in Vermilion County Circuit Court on Monday with one count of aggravated robbery, a Class 1 felony, and one count of robbery, a Class 2 felony.
