ROYAL – Burglars made off with a riding mower from a rural Royal farm shed sometime this month.
Champaign County sheriff's Sgt. Dan Coile said the 42-inch Dixon riding mower, valued at $1,900, was stolen from a shed on County Road 2500 E. The owner of the shed discovered the break-in Sunday, Coile said. It happened after June 12. Also stolen was a battery charger worth $25.
