Visitors from Chicagoland win chance to experience rural life
DANVILLE – Some Chicago-area residents will get a taste of downstate beginning today.
As part of the Vermilion County Farm Bureau's Urban/Rural Exchange Program, the local bureau offered up an "Experience Vermilion County" package at the annual Kids' Fair in Arlington Heights in suburban Chicago. The fair is hosted by state Sen. Dan Kotowski (D-Park Ridge).
