Accused in drunken-driving accident had prior convictions
URBANA – A Potomac man charged with seriously injuring a Rantoul man in a drunken driving accident in May has two prior convictions for driving under the influence.
James B. Daly, 40, of Potomac, was arraigned Friday on two counts of aggravated driving under the influence alleging that on May 24, he drove while he was under the influence, causing great bodily harm to James Marron, 81, and while his license was revoked due to two prior convictions for DUI.
