Boy dies in apparent drowning

URBANA – Champaign police and the Champaign County coroner are investigating the reported drowning death of a 3-year-old boy from Indiana.

Coroner Duane Northrup said Wyatt Daniel DeJesus of Linton, Ind., was pronounced dead at 1:16 p.m. Monday at Carle Foundation Hospital's emergency room.
