Program for minority-run businesses on council's agenda
CHAMPAIGN – The city council will consider Tuesday whether to move forward with a new program to help firms owned by minorities and women land city contracts.
The council meets in study session at 7 p.m. at the Champaign City Building, 102 N. Neil St.
