Champaign police seeking alleged attacker

CHAMPAIGN – Police are investigating an attack of a Champaign woman who reported she was beaten by a group of young men Saturday.

The 38-year-old woman was attacked by a group of five men, whose ages were estimated at 18 to 23, about 12:40 a.m. Saturday in the 800 block of West Church Street, according to a Champaign police report.
