Man out on bond faces new drug charges
URBANA – A Urbana man out on bond in one drug case faces a new charge accusing him of having drugs he intended to sell.
Hamzeh Whadi Al Ghadi, 24, who listed an address in the 900 block of Burkwood Court, Urbana, was arraigned and pleaded innocent Tuesday to possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.
