Neighborhood Watch group in the works in Fisher
FISHER – To combat misbehavior at the park and other places in town, Fisher will soon have its own Neighborhood Watch group.
Police Chief Doug Zook told the judiciary committee of the village board and several residents in attendance that the general public's eyes and ears "can do three to one better than we can do." His department consists of two full-time officers and one part-time officer.
