Apartment complexes have new owners

CHAMPAIGN – Two student apartment complexes in Champaign and Savoy that were formerly owned by Pennsylvania-based GMH Communities Trust are now under new ownership.

The Tower at Third at 302 E. John St. was one of the properties acquired by Austin, Texas-based American Campus Communities when it finalized the purchase of GMH's student housing properties last month.
