Residents have ideas where city can help subdivision

Street lights and sidewalks, youth activities and negligent landlords are among the chief concerns of some residents in the Garden Hills neighborhood.

City, park district and school officials are cooperating and working with the Garden Hills Association and residents to make improvements.
