Capstone Quarters to offer up to 30 condos for auction
URBANA – A second auction has been scheduled to sell at least 10 and as many as 30 condominiums at Capstone Quarters in Urbana.
If all the units sell at the July 31 auction, that would complete the sale of all 208 condominiums at the complex on North Lincoln Avenue, said Carl Carter of Albert Burney Auction Co., which is conducting the sale.
