Urbana man facing child sex assault charges
URBANA – An Urbana man accused of sexually assaulting a toddler is due back in court later this month.
Kethan Garlick, 29, who listed an address in the 700 block of Scovill Drive, was arraigned Monday on two counts of predatory criminal sexual assault of a child, alleging two different sex acts that occurred with a child under the age of 13 at a home in Champaign between April and July 2008.
