Villa Grove Alderman proposes unlicensed vehicle ordinance
VILLA GROVE – At Monday night's city council meeting, Villa Grove Alderman Stan Miller proposed the creation of an ordinance prohibiting unlicensed vehicles from operating in city limits.
Miller is concerned with the safety of the drivers of these vehicles and the safety of others.
