Four felony charges leveled at Broadlands man

URBANA – A Broadlands man is due to return to court later this month for a preliminary hearing on felony charges stemming from a double fatal crash in Broadlands over the weekend.

David A. Black was arraigned Tuesday on four felony charges of aggravated driving under the influence. Black is due to return to court July 29 for a preliminary hearing.
