Savoy board approves bid for parking lot paving

SAVOY – The Savoy Village Board unanimously approved a bid Wednesday from Cross Construction to pave a parking lot at Prairie Fields Park in the Prairie Fields subdivision.

The proposal from Cross Construction was $31,800, compared with a bid from Open Road Paving of Champaign for $41,875, according to Richard Helton, the village manager.
