Urbana man accused of ID theft
URBANA – An Urbana man is accused of using the identity of another person who borrowed his computer to try to make purchases.
Chad Z. Williams, 19, who listed an address in the 1900 block of North Lincoln Avenue, is due Sept. 9 for a pretrial hearing on a Class 3 felony charge of financial identity theft.
