Rantoul woman charged when girl hit by car
URBANA – A Rantoul woman apparently intent on hitting a woman with her car was charged with hitting a child who got in her path, breaking the child's hip and upper leg.
Tania Evans, 28, of the 1600 block of Keesler Drive, was charged Wednesday in Champaign County Circuit Court with reckless driving, leaving the scene of a personal injury accident and driving under suspension.
