CHAMPAIGN – The agency that runs the Tree of Hope campaign and provides services to hundreds of people with disabilities each year is embarking on a new kind of fundraiser: a cash raffle.

The Developmental Services Center will start a $20,000 raffle next week, hoping at least 3,000 people buy $20 tickets for a shot at the grand prize. The winner's name will be drawn Oct. 17.
