Insurance covering legal costs in lawsuit that PACA lost
CHAMPAIGN – A local preservation group was not hurt financially by a million-dollar-plus lawsuit judgment against it, according to a board member.
The jury verdict and lawyer's fees in the personal injury lawsuit will be covered by insurance, said Catherine Barbercheck, vice president of the Preservation and Conservation Association of Champaign County.
