Suspect in July rape in Urbana arrested in Florida
URBANA – A Champaign man with several criminal convictions was arrested in Florida late Tuesday night on a warrant charging him with the rape of a woman on the University of Illinois campus last month.
UI police arrested Justin C. Young, 27, whose last known address was in the 700 block of Kenwood Road, for aggravated criminal sexual assault for the rape and beating of a 19-year-old woman on July 13. The attack occurred in the 1800 block of South Lincoln Avenue, Urbana, between 3 and 4 a.m.
