Abandoned house in Tilton gutted; fire marshal to probe cause
TILTON – The state fire marshal's office is set to investigate the remains of a vacant house that was gutted by fire late Wednesday night.
Firefighters were called to 215 S. 8th St. at 8:44 p.m. Wednesday, reported Tilton Fire Commissioner Tim Pichon.
