Groundbreaking on Lakeside Terrace replacement set for fall
URBANA – The long-awaited replacement development for Lakeside Terrace should break ground this October or November, according to the lead developer.
The $13.8 million mixed-income development, to be called Crystal View Townhomes, will consist of 70 "townhouse style apartments" that will include geothermal heating and cooling, solar panels and water-conservation features such as bioswales, a landscape feature that removes silt and pollution from surface runoff water, according to Richard Sciortino, president of Brinshore Development of Northbrook.
