Violent robbery, attempted robbery being investigated

Police are investigating a violent robbery in Champaign and attempted robbery in Urbana.

In Urbana, a sandwich delivery man reported that two men tried to rob him in the 1300 block of North Lincoln Avenue about 11 p.m. Tuesday.
