Man killed after semi he was driving overturns in Charleston
CHARLESTON – A Charleston man died Saturday night after his semitrailer overturned on the Charleston Speedway.
According to the Coles County Sheriff's Office, Lance L. Cobble, 50, was driving a semitrailer to water the track to prepare it for the evening races.
