Steve & Barry's to close Champaign, Danville, Decatur stores
The Steve & Barry's stores in Danville, Champaign and Decatur are among approximately 100 locations that the company said Tuesday it will close in an effort to downsize after it filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in July.
The Port Washington, N.Y.-based sportswear chain operated 276 stores in 39 states before filing in the U.S. bankruptcy court for the Southern District of New York.
