Authorities: Security image led to arrest
CHAMPAIGN – Police say a photo image from a business security camera led to the arrest Thursday of a former St. Joseph man for robbery.
Champaign police Detective Don Shepard said Terry Leece, 35, formerly of St. Joseph but who had been living recently at an unknown address in Champaign, was arrested Thursday afternoon for a robbery Friday at Walgreens, 1509 S. Neil St., C.
