Danville Mass Transit extending evening bus service by 1 hour
DANVILLE – Like public transportation across the nation, the number of people riding Danville's mass transit buses is increasing at the same time that public transportation costs, especially for fuel, are also increasing.
To keep up with rider demand and expenses, Danville Mass Transit officials are expanding service one hour at night and have already proposed a fare increase that the Danville city council will consider for final approval next week.
