Father of boy who was killed in Interstate 57 incident testifies

URBANA – Having brought his van to a stop after being clipped by another vehicle on Interstate 57 near Rantoul, Raymundo Vazquez reassured his wife it was all right.

"I was yelling at my wife, 'It's OK. It's just an accident.'" he recounted.
