Philo, Sidney revive talks on joint sewer system
PHILO – In 2004 Philo and Sidney had plans to partner on a sanitary sewer system, but advisory questions on the ballot failed in both villages.
Since that time, both revived their plans, talked unsuccessfully with other towns about possible partnerships and are now rekindling their relationship.
