2 arrested after police call stolen cell phone in Champaign
CHAMPAIGN – Two men were arrested after they answered a call on a stolen cell phone, according to Champaign police.
Spokeswoman Rene Dunn said a 22-year-old Champaign man reported a robbery in the 500 block of East Daniel Street at 9:30 p.m. Sunday. He was walking and typing a text message on his cell phone when he heard someone say, "Hi," she said.
