Virginia prof to speak at UI on campus speech freedoms

A First Amendment expert will be on the University of Illinois campus this week to deliver a lecture about freedom of speech and academic freedom.

Robert O'Neil's talk is called, "Can You Really Speak Freely on a Public Campus?"
