Bear carcass found in Douglas County
HUGO – Authorities are investigating the discovery of a black bear carcass Tuesday in Douglas County.
Douglas Couty sheriff's deputies found the carcass after receiving a call from a resident reporting it near Hugo, according to a press release from the sheriff's office. Hugo is located south of Villa Grove and Camargo and east of Illinois 130.
