Murder sentencing interrupted by attacks from victims' relatives
URBANA – The Wednesday afternoon sentencing hearing for convicted murderer Kenneth Sean Kelly, 35, was interrupted when the victims' sobbing daughter and her husband turned and attacked Kelly.
"I hate him! I hate you!" Kim Shackelford shouted at Kelly in Judge Heidi Ladd's courtroom after reading an emotional statement about the impact of her parents' murders.
