La Due, Chynoweth are most-traveled city council members

Champaign council member Michael La Due and former Urbana Alderwoman Danielle Chynoweth were the most prolific travelers to out-of-state conferences among C-U city council members since 2006, records show.

The News-Gazette, using Freedom of Information Act requests, reviewed the travel records for Champaign and Urbana city council members and mayors for the period between January 2006 and July 2008.
