No need for Web ordinance, Urbana mayor says
URBANA – The city is posting more and more of its financial records on its Internet site, at the urging of a resident.
But Mayor Laurel Prussing said this week that she sees no need to codify what records will appear on the Internet through a city resolution or ordinance, despite pleas from the resident, Dianna Visek, that such a move "would send a very good message to the public."
