Burnham 310 lagging behind schedule

The web site says Burnham 310 "is a little ahead of the curve," but it's also slightly behind schedule.

The 18-story student apartment tower at 310 E. Springfield Ave., C, notified residents in July that the building wouldn't be done until late October.
